Extends the Android Development HackPack with a comprehensive new section teaching students how to connect their apps to a backend API. Includes a complete example project demonstrating Ktor, kotlinx.serialization, and LazyColumn.

Also added a table of contents for the whole HackPack.

Just a missing image. I trust that the code works.

Not sure if this should be done now or after merge (during our review session), but maybe using some alerts instead of quotes could make it more visually appealing.

This is my first time viewing this HackPack. Perhaps a small section on how to run on native android instead of the emulator (for those with weaker laptops and android phones).
